The Otay Ranch Town Center, due to open in October 2006, is a very promising and much needed retail and entertainment project for the region. The location brings together the local Eastlake and Otay Ranch Villages and fills a retail meeting place gap for the area. The plan encompasses 860,000+ sqft of outdoor with three anchor tenants, specialty shops, six full service restaurants, a large bookstore, sporting goods retailer and a state-of-the-art cinema.

Otay Ranch Town center will be centrally located on Olymic Parkway in chula Vista. Most local communities will easy access without freeway driving.
